AACA, a leading film school in South Africa, is seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in developing strategies to promote our programs and recruit new students, ensuring that AACA remains a top choice for aspiring filmmakers and industry professionals.
Position Details:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote AACA’s programs and attract new students.
- Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, print, and digital advertising.
- Create engaging content that highlights the unique aspects of AACA’s programs, faculty, and student achievements.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with recruitment goals and enhance the prospective student experience.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning in the education and film industry sectors.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and informational sessions to showcase AACA’s offerings.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage the school’s website and social media presence, ensuring content is current, relevant, and engaging.
- Develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, videos, and other multimedia content.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or film industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
