Position: Part-Time Filmmaking/Acting Lecturer (Majoring in Cine, Producing or Acting)
Starting Salary: Industry Rate R1500 Daily

What You’ll Do:
Teach & Inspire: Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on various aspects of filmmaking/Acting, focusing on real-world industry practices.
Guide the Process: Mentor students on film sets through pre-production, production, and post-production.
Evaluate: Provide constructive feedback and grade assignments on our Learning Management System (LMS).
Your Superpowers:
While we welcome all superheroes, here are some bonus points:
Cinematography/ Producing/ Acting: Minimum 2 years experience in either of these areas will make you shine.
Storytelling Wizardry: Understanding in directing, editing, sound design, production design, or screenwriting is a big plus.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with iMacs, Microsoft Teams, and LMS platforms. If not we will give you training (For free)
Challenges You’ll Tackle:
Juggling students’ unique learning styles and skill levels while keeping lessons dynamic.
Managing classroom vibes and helping students understand the realities of the industry.
Covering key topics in our fast-paced learning cycles while making sure it’s all fun and memorable.
What We’re Looking For:
A relevant Degree, Honors or Master’s Degree in Acting or Filmmaking (bonus points for a combo of skills like Cinematography + Directing or Producing + Production Design or Acting + Producing etc).
Experience in coordinating productions is a big advantage.
A track record in the professional film industry.
Teaching chops and a love for mentoring young creatives.
