Experience this challenging workout with Michael. This DVD combines movements together for the first time. Taking 3 or 4 movements you are taken through the levels of each, then instead of doing a few repetitions of each before moving on to the next movement you take one repetition of each and link them together creating one multi-dimensional movement and then repeat this cycle five to ten times. Working up and down the levels of each movement within the overall sequence as appropriate as you would normally do on a movement to movement basis.
A wonderful way to vary your programme with these adaptations which bring your challenge of movement closer to those presented in day to day living.
