Tapless and Sweat More - Deirdre Morris
“Tapless and Sweat More” is a step workout that requires you to ‘tap less' and sweat more! The ‘tapless' style encourages constant motion throughout the workout. Deirdre's fun choreography flows in a non-stop manner, moving the exerciser on and around the step without ever tapping down. This workout also includes an abdominal section and final stretch (warm-up 6-8 minutes; cardio 50 minutes; cool down/core/stretch 15 minutes).
About the Instructor
Deirdre is an ACE, AFAA, and Can-Fit-Pro Continuing Educational Specialist as well as a BOSU Master Trainer. She presents instructor workshops and certifications throughout the US and Canada in just about every class format available. Deirdre authored the AFAA approved course, “Advanced Tapless Step Certification.” Finally, she enjoys teaching instructors how to bring exciting and innovative choreography to their classes.
