Christi, or you can follow her dancers as they modify all the
hops and turns. It is all up to you! Either way, the games will

STILL
STEPPIN (60 MIN)
Christi does it again with totally hot step combinations. If
you want to put the fun back into your workouts, then Christi
and her friends are the way to go. Feel the contagious energy
and joy as they dance their way right into your heart. From
a simple basic step to a more complicated spin, you will delight
in this cornucopia of creativity. Kick off your burdens, unload
your stress and leave your hectic schedule at the door, for
right now it's time to Just Have Fun!
HI-LO
HEAVEN (90 MIN)
Join Christi as she jumps, twists and leaps through miles of
heavenly high and low impact aerobics! She will begin with a
wonderful warm-up and end with a complete cool-down and stretch
for maximum cardiovascular and flexibility benefits. In between,
you will enjoy the following high and low impact aerobic stages:
Stage I - 25 high-intensity minutes filled with fun and easy
to learn step choreography. Stage II - 25 minutes of fast-paced
and heavy sweating, complex choreography! It is recommended
that you watch this stage before attempting to perform it. Stage
III - 20 minutes of complex high and low aerobics, and strength
training with hand weights. Christi uses short and powerful
aerobic intervals, alternated with brief upper and lower body
strength training intervals to take you to your ultimate level
of fitness and fun. It is recommended that you watch this stage
before attempting to perform it. Hand weights are encouraged.
Depending on your current fitness level. 3 to 10 lbs are recommended.
