A Complete
Full-Body Workout with Tool-Box Options
Mindy is the 1999 Int. IDEA Instructor of the year, National
and World Aerobic Champion, 4 Star Presenter for IDEA, on the
Advisory Board for IDEA, International Presenter, author, speaker,
and CEC Provider.
After a complete warm-up (5 min.), Mindy then takes you through
three sections each of lower, upper, and core training. Each
section uses either body weight.tubing, or weights (90 min).
She will finish with a stretch (7-10 min).
The DVD will have many options to choose
which body part you want to train or by the equipment. These
Tool-Box options will help you customize your workout for your
optimal workout needs.
