BREAKTHROUGH UPPER BODY AND CORE - Keli Roberts
This unique, highly effective workout is intense and fun to do. All you need is a set of dumb bells, a medicine ball and a mat. The Tri-Set sequence of the workout is very specific; it involves three goal-oriented exercises, a pulling exercise with dumbbells (pulling the weight towards you) and a pushing exercise (like push-ups) and core exercises with the medicine ball. This program has lots of fun, challenging and progressive push-up variations. You will shape your chest, back and shoulder muscles as well as your arms and core muscles.
Postural muscles are challenged to help develop improved movement mechanics and posture. This one will have you sweating!
